2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the d7 dee seven online shop by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Contracting party & conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product presentation.

By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by email or the goods are shipped.

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.

Delivery is made exclusively within Germany.

Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of d7 dee seven | DIOMIKO UG (haftungsbeschränkt) until full payment has been received.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

d7 dee seven has unlimited liability in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Any further liability is excluded.

11. Minimum age

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

12. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Brackenheim, insofar as legally permissible.

13. Final provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
