3. Orders in the online shop
When you place an order in our shop, we process the data you enter in order to handle your order. This includes, in particular, name, email address, delivery address, ordered items, size, quantity, payment method and order data.
Processing takes place for the performance of the purchase contract and for pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- PayPal
- Credit card via PayPal
- Advance payment by bank transfer
When paying via PayPal or credit card via PayPal, payment data is transmitted to PayPal or processed there. PayPal’s privacy policy also applies to payment processing.
For advance payment, we process the information required to allocate the payment.
5. Shipping and delivery
To deliver your order, we pass on the data required for this purpose to the respective shipping service provider. Up to 2 pairs are shipped as a merchandise shipment via Deutsche Post. From 3 pairs onwards, shipping is by DHL parcel.
Data is only passed on insofar as this is necessary for delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle your inquiry. This particularly concerns your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the inquiry is related to an order, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries.
7. Withdrawal and customer service
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or contact us with questions about an order, we process the data necessary to handle your request.

8. Cookies and external content
Our shop uses technically necessary functions to provide the shopping cart and ordering process. Where external services such as PayPal are integrated, these providers may carry out their own data processing.
We do not use tracking or marketing cookies unless a separate notice or consent request is displayed on the website.

We store personal data only for as long as required for the respective purposes. Order and invoice data are stored in accordance with statutory commercial and tax retention obligations. Inquiries are deleted once they have been finally processed and no statutory obligations prevent deletion.
